If you are in the Downtown Tucson area, you can have a wonderful cupcake experience right at Cafe Poca Cosa. Cup Quequitos are rich, moist and intense. The CinnChocoMole cupcakes are out of this world and there is no equivalent anywhere in Tucson. If you are lucky there is also the Mojito, LemonLemon, the list is mostly flavors i've never seen. Recently I had the BloodOrange Lemon and it was perfection. This July I was able to have a custom flavor created for my best friend as a surprise and had the Mojito cake of dreams for her birthday party. The cupcakes also happen to be vegan. If you are Downtown for 2nd Saturdays you'll want to hit up the sidewalk cupcake sales. It's a great opportunity to try a few flavors out on the patio. The sidewalk sales have 6 or more of such exciting choices as: chocolate X, apricot almond, orange blossom, coconut supreme, Apple Maple Bacon**(not vegan),Pineapple Basil Lime, Avocado Lemon, Cardamon Orange, Sweet Potato Spice and on and on.
